Annual Physical and Preventive Screenings

Give your employees the benefit of our Comprehensive Physical Assessment. We believe that the best way to keep your employees healthy is through preventive care. That’s why RPO offers annual physicals that include a variety of screenings. Following the physical, the Primary Care Physician will develop and maintain a personal health plan for each employee.

In-Patient Care Managers

While in the hospital, employees will have an RPO In-Patient Care Manager to coordinate care and create a discharge plan to ease the transition home. This specialized physician works closely with hospital case management, the employee’s health plan and the PCP and specialists to create a personal care plan.

You spend time carefully selecting your company health plan, but many employees may not be aware of all of the resources it offers, such as gym membership discounts and other wellness programs.  RPO providers will review the selected plan with employees to make sure they take advantage of all their health plan perks.
